  • New build schemes - We can usually lend 100% of the construction costs and the percentage we lend towards a purchase is agreed individually on each facility. We will lend up to 50% of the GDV (gross development value).
  • Refurbishments / conversions - We can usually lend 100% of the construction costs and the percentage we lend towards a purchase is agreed individually on each facility. We will lend up to 50% of the GDV (gross development value).
