Development finance from £100,000 to £5 million is available, covering up to 50% of land acquisition and 100% of construction costs. Refurbishment and conversion loans usually cover 65% of acquisition and 100% of work costs. Bridging loans up to 65% of the value are also available.

When you apply for a property development loan, one of our Directors will deal with you personally. They can make decisions immediately to provide the flexibility that is our trademark. If you need to contact your Director, they are available both in and outside normal office hours.

We provide house construction loans throughout Wales and in England, approximately as far north as Nottingham. However, we don’t stick rigidly to our lending criteria like many inflexible banks.
