As UK development finance specialists, we offer finance for a wide variety of projects. As a principal lender, all the projects we finance are backed by our own capital, which means that we can commit to projects very quickly and deliver your loan to you typically within seven days.

With a minimum loan value of £100,000 and a maximum value of £1 million, we have been involved in all kinds of business property finance projects. These include single build developments and major projects involving large numbers of units.

Our long experience in the business property finance sector means that our loans are far more relevant to the unique challenges and expenses associated with property development. We typically lend 20% more than most high street banks, structuring the development finance in a variety of ways depending on the project:

• For new build schemes we will usually fund 50% of the acquisition and 100% of the construction costs. This is typically 75-80% of the total project costs.
• For refurbishments and conversions we will usually fund 65% of the acquisition and 100% of the costs of work.
• For bridging loans we will usually fund 65% of the value.
