Client Satisfaction Survey - Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules and apply to competitions on the Regentsmead website, unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
  2. The prize draw will close when the 100th Survey entry is received.
  3. Prize winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the draw closing. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or credit alternative. Regentsmead reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
  5. Regentsmead will not pass on personal details to any third party for commercial/non-commercial purposes.
  6. By taking part in this survey you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  7. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
