Having originated in 1934, our expertise on property developments and providing funds for new development projects is second to none.

We aim to develop excellent long term relationships with all our borrowers. We see the development finance process as a partnership rather than a 'lender-borrower' relationship as you may experience with a bank.

Decisions for new development finance enquiries are provided immediately and funds can be available in days. All our funds are on deposit so we do not have to wait for outside investor or shareholder approval before confirming we can fund a project.

Lending Criteria

  • Loans from £150,000 to £2m (slightly larger facilities can be considered)
  • 50% GDV
  • 100% build costs and contribution towards purchase price
  • Experienced builders & developers
  • Primarily residential schemes
  • Will also fund non-experienced developers in joint venture schemes
