There is nothing payable until our formal offer letter is issued. At the time of acceptance the commitment fee is payable which is typically 2% of the agreed facility. A fixed interest rate will be agreed individually with each borrower and interest is only payable on sums drawn down for the period they are borrowed. There are surveyors and solicitors fees, the level of which depend on the size and complexity of the project. Redemption fees to be agreed individually on each facility.
